Q: How much is postage?
A: IT'S FREE!!! Anywhere in Australia. (I will have postage prices for Japan soon). Insurance is not included.
Q: How are they Packaged?
A: It depends on your quantity. Large quantities will be sent in a box but most orders are sent in a bubble wrap envelope to protect your shipment. No display stands are included.
Q: What is a blind mix?
A: It means the button badges are picked at random when filling the wholesale bags, you may get more of one design & less of another. you may even get a new design not on the site or not one that is. It's a surprise everytime
Q: What does the display card look like?
A: If you look at the top to the left you will see a picture of a hand holding one. It features both my mottos "Create what you love & love what you create" & "Don't be scared, be bold, be brave, have fun, take care". To Japanese customers please note that packaging is in English as that is what customers have requested.
Q: Your display card has your website on it. Wont that mean less sales for me?
A: No, quite the opposite. I support small retailers by not competing for sales. The website on the back of the display card is to encourage collectors to visit my website, see what designs are available & return to your store to purchase them. You will also be listed on the stockist's page to bring more customers to your store.
Q: Do you discriminate against small retailers & market stall holders?
A: Never! I first started as a small retailer & was annoyed at being snobbed by big business. There are no credit applications & all you do is click the buy button, fill in you postage & credit card or paypal details & your done. I only ask for you to email a small logo & your shops address so we can post it on our stockist's page
Q: Can I sell it without the display card?
A: No. Condition of sale is that the card remains attached & My website not be obscured with price stickers etc. There is a section on the bottom right to write the price or attach a price sticker
Q: How are they made?
A: My Button Badges are made from quality metal components (not cheap crappy plastic backs). They also have low rattle noise as the pins are accurately fitted. The graphics are printed at 300ppi cmyk for a professional finish & a double thick mylar coating (Not crappy inkjets or laser copier prints, yes I've seen the chinese ones that are impossible to read). They're 1 & 1/4 inches (in old school measurement) which is slightly larger than the standard 1 inch. The reason is the 1 inch designs are hard to see & they have weaker pins than the ones I use
Q: Who makes them?
A: Me, by hand, each & every one. The Button Badges are sold to help support my other artistic projects as well as buy my noodles & wine
Q: Can I order just one design?
A: No the designs are limited editions so if I sold out of just 1 design I could no longer include them in my blind mix bags
Q: So how many is a limited edition?
A: There is approximately 1000 of each design. (many have sold already)
Q: Do you do custom designs?
A: Sorry but I just don't have the time. But, on the other hand if you needed a couple of thousand, I might make an exception :)
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Sorry, but each badge is quality checked twice before being packaged. |
